Standard Delivery
All Acme Vacuums orders ship from our distribution centers across the United States. Standard delivery times are as follows:
- Continental US: 5-7 business days
- Alaska and Hawaii: 7-10 business days
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO: 10-14 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on weekdays are typically processed the same business day.
Express and Expedited Shipping
Need your new Acme vacuum sooner? We offer upgraded shipping options at checkout:
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): .99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): .99
- Next-Day Delivery (1 business day): .99 - order by 2:00 PM EST for same-day processing
Express and next-day options are not available for PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping
Acme Vacuums ships to select international destinations:
- Canada: 7-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-15 business days
- European Union: 10-18 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 14-21 business days
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Acme Vacuums is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Note: Warranty replacements are currently only available for orders shipped within the Continental United States and Canada.
